How is my store's size set?

From your annual merchandise sales: after discounts and refunds, before tax and shipping, in US dollars. You tell us the figure when you start, and it is reviewed once a year against your own Shopify orders.
What if my sales grow or shrink?

If your sales fall into a lower band, the lower price is offered straight away. You move up only when you are more than 10% over your band's top, or over it two reviews running, so a store near a line does not bounce between prices.
Is there a free trial?

No trial and no free tier. Instead, bring one buy: we run one of your real orders through ThreadCloud with you, so you judge it on your own order form, photos and notes.
Do I need my own AI account?

No. ThreadCloud pays for the AI that reads your orders, photos and tags and writes your product descriptions. It is included in every plan.
Is it priced per location or per person?

Neither. One price per store, with no per-location fee, and every category pack included.
How does the 12-month contract work?

It is the monthly price less 10%, billed every month. It renews for another 12 months unless you end it, and ending it stops it when the current 12 months are up, not before.
What is the Catalog rebuild?

An optional, one-time setup for the products already in your Shopify store: each one is labelled with its category, colour, size and season, so filters and reports work from day one. Nothing is guessed and nothing is deleted; anything unsure waits for you, and titles, prices, photos and stock are never touched. It costs $1 per active product, at least $500 and at most $2,500, paid once when you start it, and it is included when you pay annually. Our team runs it with you, and ThreadCloud carries the AI cost. ThreadCloud works without it.

Prices are in US dollars, and tax is added where it applies. ThreadCloud is set up for your store after we talk, and we set up billing with you then.
