01 Who is ThreadCloud for?

02 Do I need Shopify?

Yes. ThreadCloud is a Shopify app. It does not replace your store, it works inside it: what you approve shows up in your own Shopify admin. If your store is not on Shopify, ThreadCloud is not a fit today.
03 Do I have to change how I buy?

No. Start with the supplier PDF, Excel sheet, or CSV you already receive. Add the product photos, fabric references, and notes you already keep.
04 What if ThreadCloud gets something wrong?

You review the styles, colours, sizes, quantities, costs, retail prices, and product details. Your edits always win, and nothing reaches the supplier or Shopify without your approval.
05 Does ThreadCloud publish products on its own?

No. Approved products arrive in Shopify as drafts. You decide what goes live. When the shipment arrives, receiving updates inventory by size.
06 What happens after the first buy?

The same reviewed record carries into receiving and makes reorders easier. ThreadCloud also handles special orders for tailored garments, shoes, ties, and other made-for-one-customer products.
